Spreadsheet backup
Under Settings → Spreadsheet you can download your whole collection as an .xlsx file (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers), edit it and upload it again. It's also a handy backup. The file and the upload report are in English.
The file
- The first tab, Instructions, explains everything below.
- Then one tab per dex group you show (Caught, Shiny, Lucky, XXL-XXS…), with a column per dex: e.g.
shadow,shadow_shiny,purified,purified_shiny. - One row per form, always every form. Where a dex tracks gender, a ♀ row follows the ♂ row.
- Fill in TRUE (ticked), FALSE or empty (not ticked), or WANTED (ticked and wanted).
- Cells left empty in the download (not released, or a ♀ row where that dex doesn't track gender) are ignored.
Uploading
- Choose the file and press Check file. Nothing is saved yet.
- The summary shows, per tab and dex, what gets ticked, unticked and (no longer) wanted, and what the tick rules change on top (e.g. Caught ticked because of a Lucky tick).
- Cells that can't be used are listed per tab and row, with the reason; Copy list copies them so you can fix the file.
- Press Save changes, or Cancel.
The rules are the same as in the app: a shiny needs its regular tick; Lucky, XXL, XXS and 100% need Caught; unticking a dex unticks what depends on it. Tabs or columns you delete leave those dexes as they are, and dexes you've switched off are never changed.
